Job Responsibilities
- Create and onboard dealers in the assigned territory; develop dealer networks.
- Conduct door-to-door and shop-level cash sales to build the company's market presence (No Credit Sale).
- Achieve and report monthly and annual sales targets; ensure targets are met.
- Willingness to work in any locality and perform field-based activities.
- Collect orders through daily market visits and inspections; coordinate timely supply of products.
- Capacity to recruit and appoint dealers when required.
- Preference for candidates with experience in home & kitchen appliance and gas burner sales.
