Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic liaison between BSEZ, tenant companies, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain long-term tenant relationships by providing end-to-end operational support, resolving issues, and ensuring business continuity.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external bodies (including regulatory agencies and government entities) to address tenant requirements with efficiency and compliance.
  • Support project management activities, including reporting, monitoring, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables within Tenant Relations Team.
  • Oversee tenant communications, corporate public relations, and BSEZ's digital presence, including website/SNS updates and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market intelligence and industry analysis to support tenants in strategic decision-making and to promote foreign direct investment (FDI) within BSEZ.
  • Facilitate cross-cultural business communication while ensuring a customer-centric and service-oriented approach.
  • Organize and participate in tenant engagement programs, stakeholder workshops, and networking events to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge management practices within the Tenant Relations team.
  • Manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and maintain operational excellence under pressure.
