Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and filing of US immigration petitions and applications.
  • Conduct research on various regulations and procedures related to US immigration.
  • Draft correspondence and communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information.
  • Organize and maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure that all required documents are collected and filed in a timely manner.
  • Support attorneys, case managers, and paralegals in preparing letters, affidavits, and other legal documents.
  • Monitor changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect clients and cases.
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes to assist in case management.
  • Write mini blogs on employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas in the USA.
