Job Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications for automation and implementation.
- Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping and gap analysis to identify business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis between client needs and existing system capabilities.
- Review and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases and coordinate with end users.
- Track project progress, risks and issues and provide regular updates to Management.
- Ensure IT solutions comply with life insurance regulations, company policies and security standards.
- Provide training, documentation and post-implementation support to business and system users.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control.
