Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Compliance) to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Translate and document business requirements into functional/technical specifications for automation and implementation.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, process mapping and gap analysis to identify business needs.
  • Conduct gap analysis between client needs and existing system capabilities.
  • Review and validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and industry standards.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases and coordinate with end users.
  • Track project progress, risks and issues and provide regular updates to Management.
  • Ensure IT solutions comply with life insurance regulations, company policies and security standards.
  • Provide training, documentation and post-implementation support to business and system users.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance system efficiency.
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure proper version control.
