Job Responsibilities
- Manage and track appointments and sales using LBHAB software.
- Maintain detailed logs of visitor requests, inquiries, and call records.
- Handle customer complaints via phone, email, and social media and ensure resolution.
- Provide accurate information on treatments, services, and package price ranges.
- Monitor and coordinate doctor schedules and appointments.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on client interactions.

Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree (as specified in the education requirements). At least 1 year of relevant experience; experience from multinational companies, embassies/consulates, hotels, immigration/education consultancies, clinics, or third-party auditing environments is an advantage.
