Accurately prepare and review visa applications for multiple countries, ensuring full compliance with embassy and consular standards. Support clients throughout the entire process — from document compilation and application submission to interview preparation and follow-up. Provide expert guidance on visa eligibility, required documents, fees, and expected processing timelines. Assist with rejected visa cases, preparing appeals and reapplications where appropriate. Track changes in global visa policies and consular regulations, with an emphasis on Asian and Schengen rules. Identify opportunities to optimize processing workflows and enhance client experience and visa approval rates. Sell and manage international tour packages, creating customized travel itineraries and delivering exceptional customer service. Required skills & competencies Demonstrated experience in tourist visa processing and travel consultancy. Strong understanding of embassy/consulate requirements and international visa procedures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with clients and consular staff professionally. Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Client-focused approach with problem-solving ability for complex or rejected visa cases. Sales aptitude for cross-selling or up-selling international tour packages. Education & experience Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors degree.
