Job Responsibilities

Maintain stock control and records of essential medicines, first-aid supplies and medical equipment in the factory medical center. Prepare and submit monthly health and incident reports to management; document trends and recommend preventive strategies. Required experience & qualifications: MBBS degree (required) with valid registration to practice in Bangladesh. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience; experience in garments, textile, spinning or factory environments is strongly preferred. Practical experience handling emergencies, occupational health issues and routine care within an industrial or large-employee setting. Strong clinical judgement, ability to maintain confidentiality of medical records and good communication skills for interacting with employees and management. Skills and attributes: Clinical competence in general medicine, emergency response and basic procedures. Skills: Doctor, MBBS, Medical Treatment, Medicine Stock management, and basic surgical/first-aid familiarity. Good interpersonal skills, compassionate approach, and ability to provide health education and counseling. Organizational skills to maintain medical inventories, documentation and monthly reporting.
