Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the team members to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Ensure market presence of each team member according to the tour program, WhatsApp reporting, IMS reporting etc.
  • Open distributor channels all over the country.
  • Maintain regular field visits.
  • Oversee the distributor channels properly.
  • Ensure primary sales coordinating with the supply chain.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Arrange monthly, quarterly and annual sales meetings.
  • Review the Salary, TA/DA, bonus and incentives bills.
  • Generate sales reports timely.
  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Perform closing & revenue management.

This role provides exposure to field operations, distributor management, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination with supply chain and finance.Key responsibilitiesLead the team members to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive market growth.Ensure market presence of each team member according to tour program, WhatsApp reporting, IMS reporting, etc.Open and manage distributor channels across the country.Maintain regular field visits to monitor execution and gather market intelligence.Oversee distributor channels to ensure proper stocking, merchandising and sales performance.Coordinate primary sales activity with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.Set individual sales targets and objectives with sales team members and monitor performance.Arrange and lead monthly, quarterly and annual sales meetings to align strategy and execution.Review payroll items related to Salary, TA/DA, bonuses and incentive payments.Generate timely sales reports and present actionable insights to senior management.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts and channel partners.Execute closing strategies and manage revenue recognition in collaboration with finance.Required skills & qualificationsEducation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing is preferred.
