Job Responsibilities

Akij Resources is looking for an experienced Territory Manager to lead B2B tyre sales, manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships across fleet and corporate segments. Key responsibilities (summary): Fleet & Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and approach fleet owners, transport companies, leasing firms, OEMs, and government buyers to generate and convert leads. Contract & Bulk Deal Management: Negotiate pricing, payment terms and service agreements; close bulk purchase contracts while protecting margin and client satisfaction. Key Account Management (KAM): Serve as single point of contact for institutional customers; conduct regular reviews and ensure service consistency. Market Development: Map market opportunities across logistics, rideshare, construction and mining fleets; build partnerships with tyre service providers and retreaders. Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with supply chain and installation teams for timely delivery and after-sales; maintain CRM records and accurate forecasts. Detailed responsibilities: Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B clients to deliver consistent revenue growth and predictable order flow. Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for large corporate accounts highlighting PCR, TBB, TBR, OTR and Farm tyre solutions. Lead negotiations for long-term agreements and service-level arrangements including warranties, installation and maintenance plans. Perform regular client reviews and deliver cross-sell/upsell solutions, including accessories and service packages. Work closely with marketing to support targeted campaigns and with operations to ensure fulfillment and installation. Maintain detailed commercial and technical records in CRM; provide accurate demand forecasts and sales reports. Required skills & qualifications: Bachelor/Honors degree required; MBA preferred. 5–10 years of B2B or fleet sales experience, preferably in tyre, automotive or heavy equipment sectors. Strong negotiation, contract management and presentation skills. Good knowledge of tyre product ranges, technical specifications and maintenance practices. Excellent communication, team coordination, and leadership abilities; comfortable with Google Suite and sales tools.
