Job Responsibilities
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual tyre sales targets (PCR, TBR, OTR, etc.).
- Execute sales strategies, schemes, and promotions to drive product penetration and upsell premium products.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers and retailers; identify and appoint new dealers/sub-dealers.
- Ensure proper stock availability, merchandising and product placement at retail points.
- Visit retail points, fleets, and transport hubs regularly; map market potential and identify growth opportunities.
