Job Responsibilities
- Provide life‑saving information to clients at information desks and through household visits to raise community awareness.
- Respond to questions/queries at information hubs using offline platforms (articles, service maps) and Communication with Communities guidance.
- Follow protocol to escalate communications from vulnerable cases to Protection and other sectors.
- Compile feedback, translate notable questions into English when needed, and write analyses of trends, responses, and information gaps.
- Share contextual knowledge, cultural awareness, and learning with the wider team for local advocacy.
- Collaborate with Protection Officers and frontline staff to develop well‑researched responses and information services.
- Analyze information gaps among refugees and host communities to inform content creation.
- Keep up to date with new program information and attend required training.
- Assist the team in Individual Protection Assistance (IPA) and emergency responses.
- Prepare and support weekly and monthly field reports with Senior Officer – Protection and MEAL team.
Required Skills
