Job Responsibilities
- Proactively approach potential customers via in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital platforms to present company offerings.
- Explain and promote Goldsands Group’s projects and services, tailoring presentations to client needs.
- Identify high-potential prospects, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings or sales, and ensure follow-through until deal closure.
- Maintain after-sales relationships through regular follow-ups, service updates and ongoing support.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, CRM, Admin) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals under supervision and maintain accountability for individual performance.
- Keep clear records of client interactions, lead status, and progress updates using assigned tools or formats.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance selling strategy.
