Job Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations for flight crews and USBA staff during recruitment, onboarding, and disciplinary/policy violation issues.
- Administer psychometric tests and interpret results for recruitment and job suitability for flight crew.
- Provide individual and group counseling for corporate stress management, emotional resilience, and personal development.
- Prepare psychological case reports and maintain documentation of interventions.
- Facilitate mental health awareness sessions, workshops, and group therapy for flight crews and other staff.
- Support HR in handling recruitment, grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Conduct surveys and research to improve staff satisfaction and mental health policies in association with HR.

US-Bangla Airlines is seeking a qualified and experienced Psychologist to join its human resources and medical support team in Dhaka.
