Job Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain customer relationships in assigned territories (Gazipur, Savar, Dhaka).
- Coordinate sales team activities to achieve targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify and resolve client concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for generators (100KV–5000KV), UPS (10KV–1000KV), air-conditioners and related equipment.
- Generate leads, conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing and business development initiatives.

Practical knowledge of generators, diesel engines, UPS systems, and commercial HVAC equipment is a strong plus. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and email communication tools. Languages: Strong command of Bangla and good working knowledge of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills; positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
