Job Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive digital and offline marketing plans that support the objectives of the company.
- Assume responsibility for monthly and yearly growth targets for Profit & Loss (P&L) and cooperate with cross-functional teams.
- Organize, carry out, and manage proof of concept campaigns using digital media marketing metrics and KPIs.
- Optimize return on investment for digital initiatives using performance marketing.
- Monitor and spot shifts in marketing trends in the education sector and the digital marketing environment.
- Modify marketing plans and resource allocation as necessary.
- Facilitate brainstorming and ideation sessions to create creative growth tactics outside of digital marketing.
