Unimass Holdings Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Project Accountant / Project Accountant (Inventory Management) to join their project team. Ensure safety, security and cleaning compliance at the project store according to company standards. Perform monthly material planning to ensure quality, correct quantities and optimum utilization of materials. Maintain Store Ledger and related registers; provide accurate and timely information to the Head Office. Prepare monthly stock reports and reconcile physical stock with ledger balances. Manage petty cash and small value payments for store or site operations. Be available to receive material deliveries at any time and ensure proper documentation and inspection on receipt. Detailed responsibilities (expanded): Implement and maintain systematic inventory controls and receiving procedures to reduce loss, pilferage and discrepancies. Coordinate with procurement, site supervisors and vendors to ensure timely material availability and proper records of inward/outward movement. Prepare timely reports for stock ageing, slow-moving items and substandard materials, recommending action where necessary. Assist in periodic stock counts and annual physical verification; identify and report variances and assist in corrective action. Ensure all store documentation is maintained as per company policy and is audit-ready. Required skills and attributes: Graduate or Post Graduate (Bachelor/Honors) from a recognized university. At least 2 years of related experience in inventory, stores or accounting; experience in Real Estate / Developer environments is preferred. Practical knowledge of stores ledger, material requisition procedures and stock reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and general accounting software is advantageous. Good communication skills, ability to work in a multi-tasking environment, and strong organizational capability. Self-driven, dynamic, well-organized with leadership qualities.
