Job Responsibilities

  • Circulate & recruit Medical Intrapreneur upon requirement from Sales Department.
  • Arrange budget, conduct & coordinate freshers’ training, evaluate, select and posting.
  • Assess need for refreshers’ training & development programs for FFs & arrange accordingly.
  • Prepare yearly plan of scientific events (CME, RTM, SS, Webinar) calendar being collaborated with SBMD and implement the calendar as per the requirement of SBMD.
  • Visit the participants of the scientific events and follow-up.
  • Make a development report 15 days after each scientific event.
  • Process the bill of the above-mentioned scientific events.
  • Conduct monthly sales conference. Gather and share competitor’s activity with SBMD.
  • Prepare training manual, improvise the training material & various methodologies.

Detailed responsibilities (expanded) Design and execute comprehensive training strategies for onboarding and ongoing development of medical and sales staff. Coordinate logistics, speaker arrangements and scientific content for CME, workshops and webinars. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, SBMD, Finance) to align training objectives with business goals. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback to improve programs. Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting and post-event documentation for internal audits and compliance. Required education & eligibility Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) M.Pharm. (acceptable as alternative qualification) Age: At most 32 years (as stated in the circular) Preferred skills & competencies Strong clinical or pharmaceutical knowledge appropriate to medical affairs roles. Experience in planning and executing medical/scientific events (CME, webinars, RTM). Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for interaction with HCPs and internal teams. Good organizational skills, ability to manage budgets and post-event reconciliation. Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for training content creation. Ability to travel locally to event sites and follow up with participants.
