Steadfast Courier is seeking a motivated and experienced Driver Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end driver hiring and retention efforts. Conduct in-person and/or telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability for driver roles. Perform background checks, license verification, and validate driving records to ensure compliance with company safety standards. Maintain and expand a pool of potential drivers and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires. Monitor driver performance, coordinate with management on disciplinary or performance-improvement action, and track retention metrics. Prepare regular recruitment reports detailing hires, pipeline, attrition, and recommendations for improving talent acquisition. Keep job postings and recruitment processes aligned with legal, safety, and company policy requirements. Required skills and qualifications: Education: Bachelor / Honors degree (required). Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment — preferably 3 to 4 years in Shipping, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies, Supply Chain, individual/personal recruitment, or delivery services startup environments. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with applicant tracking or candidate sourcing tools. Good communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to interact with candidates and internal stakeholders professionally. Management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment. Male candidates preferred for this role as specified by the company (Age 25 to 35 years).
