Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality Lectures in Mathematics and English for HSC-level students. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools tailored to English Version curricula. Conduct full-time classroom sessions according to the institution schedule (09:00–18:00). Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and help students prepare for public exams and tests. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain consistent teaching standards and contribute to the academic development of the center. Required qualifications & education Post Graduation / Honours (Masters preferred) in the respective subject(s) from a recognized university. Solid subject knowledge in Mathematics and/or English appropriate for HSC level instruction. Experience & skills At least 3 years of teaching experience at the HSC level, preferably within coaching centers. Fluency in English (spoken and written) to teach in an English Version environment. Computer literacy: comfortable using web browsing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for lesson preparation and presentations. Strong classroom management, communication, and student engagement skills. Additional job requirements Willingness to commit to a full-time schedule at the Shantinagar campus in Dhaka. Professionalism, punctuality, and a student-centered teaching approach.
