Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement entrepreneurship and economic development strategies for WELP, integrating gender and social inclusion priorities.
  • Coordinate with sector stakeholders, TVET centres, NGOs and local committees to strengthen collaboration and create market linkages for women entrepreneurs.
  • Conduct sectoral demand analysis and develop strategies for sector-wise entrepreneurship promotion.
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly work plans aligned with project goals and donor KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, supervise and mentor field staff and volunteers to ensure effective project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify challenges and propose timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement monitoring & evaluation systems; collect and analyze data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, donor reporting inputs and case studies.
  • Design and deliver trainings and workshops on leadership, financial literacy, business management and GBV prevention.
  • Develop training materials, IEC and other project tools; design products and services to meet beneficiary needs.
  • Maintain stock for products, manage cash and support budget planning.
  • Ensure coordination with MEAL, Communications, Finance & Accounts, procurement and vendors.
  • Act as a key source of safeguarding guidance; follow reporting procedures and promote a safe working environment.
