Role summary: As a Laravel Developer, you will work closely with clients, the sales team, and internal stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain web applications using Laravel and related technologies. This position is office-based in Dhaka and is a permanent role after an initial six-month probationary period. Key responsibilities: Discuss project aims and requirements with clients and the sales team to convert business needs into technical specifications. Design and build web applications and backend systems using Laravel framework. Implement front-end interfaces and ensure integration between front-end and back-end components. Write, execute, and maintain tests; identify and fix bugs and performance issues. Provide client support for admin panels and help scale projects based on user feedback. Present work in meetings with clients and management and prepare documentation for delivered components. Perform additional tasks as required by management to ensure project success. Required education and experience: Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree or equivalent. At most 1 year of professional experience is acceptable; freshers with practical exposure to web development may also apply. Desired skills: Solid understanding of application design using Laravel and MySQL. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap themes. Ability to work independently and learn new tools quickly. Practical experience or internships with web development projects is a plus.
