Job Responsibilities
- Develop initial interior design concepts tailored to client needs and project requirements.
- Create efficient and functional layouts to maximize space utilization.
- Prepare professional presentations including drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations.
- Utilize design software to create accurate visualizations for client review and approval.
- Recommend and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with budget.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, consultants and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

The company values quality, client engagement, and sustainable design practices.Key responsibilities (you will):Develop initial interior architectural concepts tailored to client requirements and project briefs.Create efficient and functional space plans that maximize usability and aesthetics.Prepare detailed presentations including drawings, mood boards, and photorealistic 3D visualizations using industry-standard software.Coordinate material selection and source finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment aligned with budget and design intent.Prepare and monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Establish and maintain realistic project timelines and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality control and resolve on-site issues.Engage directly with clients to present design concepts, incorporate feedback and provide professional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee the full lifecycle of interior projects from concept through handover ensuring consistent quality and client satisfaction.Required skills and experienceBachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is required.Minimum experience: At least 6 years working in architecture firms, real estate projects or interior design studios.Software proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp, LUMION for 3D modeling and visualization. Proficiency in other visualization/rendering tools is a plus.Strong presentation skills — ability to create clear drawings, mood boards and professional client presentations.Solid understanding of materials, finishes, furniture specification and procurement processes.Project management capability — budget tracking, scheduling and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.Excellent communication and client-handling skills — capable of liaising with clients, contractors and stakeholders.Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics and a contemporary/minimal design approach.Additional desirable skillsExperience with sustainable design practices and cost-effective detailing.Knowledge of local building codes and construction techniques in Bangladesh.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work under deadlines.Salary & benefitsSalary range: Tk. 45,000 - 60,000 (Monthly).Benefits include: Weekly 2 holidays; partially subsidized lunch facilities; yearly salary review; two festival bonuses per year.Working arrangement & locationJob nature: Full Time, work at office (Dhaka).Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh.
