Monpura Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Recovery Manager to join its sister concern MG Machineries Corporation. This job calls for a proactive professional with solid experience in credit monitoring, cash collection and stakeholder relationship management. The successful candidate will lead recovery operations to ensure timely collection of receivables, minimize outstanding dues, and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients. Key responsibilities Monitor the company’s credit sales and manage cash collection from parties and customers. Regularly visit parties/clients to follow up on outstanding payments and strengthen client relationships. Implement and execute target-oriented recovery plans to meet monthly/quarterly collection targets. Collect cash from parties, take necessary recovery steps for overdue receivables, and escalate where needed. Collect dues from various companies, reconcile accounts, and report collection status to the head office on time. Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the company in recovery discussions. Prepare accurate recovery reports, maintain updated records, and recommend process improvements to reduce future credit risks. Required skills and attributes Strong knowledge of credit monitoring, debt collection and reconciliation procedures. Excellent negotiation and communication skills — able to manage difficult recovery conversations diplomatically. Field visit readiness and the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets. Organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and reporting. Integrity, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset. Familiarity with collection strategies and experience working with a group of companies or corporate clients is preferred. Education & experience Education: Bachelor / Honors degree or equivalent. Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in recovery, collections, or credit monitoring. Candidates with experience from banks, NGOs, or recovery departments of corporate groups, as well as retired Army/Police personnel with applicable experience, are encouraged to apply.
