Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and business clients, addressing queries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Process sales and purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure orders are delivered as per client specifications.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally, investigate root causes and provide effective solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while keeping clients informed of progress.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the company’s products, services, and technical specifications.
- Provide quotations and recommendations to clients based on requirements.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare regular reports on service performance.
- Work closely with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Assist in after-sales support and follow-up with clients.
