Job Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation of health activities under the ENRICH project providing comprehensive primary healthcare services.
- Conduct and supervise daily static clinics and organize weekly satellite clinics with MBBS doctors.
- Facilitate referrals to public and private hospitals and organize specialized health camps (diabetes, orthopedic, ENT, pediatrics).
- Check and validate health-related information and maintain accurate records for timely response.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with government, community stakeholders and partner NGOs.
- Provide technical support to health visitors and program staff; support training and capacity building.
- Support community sensitization and mobilization on health interventions.
- Ensure quality of health services and consistent follow-up of activities per program plans and best practices.
- Manage health activity budgets and oversee distribution/use of medical supplies.
- Promote organizational values on Safeguarding, PSEA and child protection.
