Job Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles.
- Provide technical trouble shooting and diagnosis of vehicles in the workshop.
- Ensure inventory management of spares, ordering as per plan and forecasting of required materials.
- Monitor vehicle trips and follow up by using smart GPS panel and Dash-cam.
- Assist drivers during trips on route selection during traffic and guide on technical troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure steady communications (verbal and email) with respective officials and stakeholders for smooth operations and escalations.
- Establish and maintain transport standard operating process and measure process performance.
- Participate in training programs for drivers and mechanics.
