Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate market linkage of skills graduates for informal wage employment.
- Mapping and liaison with potential backward & forward market stakeholders for self and wage employment.
- Facilitate wage employment placements with BRAC and partner organisations.
- Support and facilitate self-employment and business subsector development for skills graduates.
- Follow up, tracking and database maintenance of employment and earnings of skills graduates and report wage information.
- Identify institutional participants and lead participant selection for vocational training.
- Volunteer recruitment, management and documentation according to procedure.
- Manage monthly payments to volunteers, training participants and other operational payments.
- Design and implement sustainable business models and economic opportunities for refugees.
- Support contracting/renewal of rental items (house/training centre/land/pond) and related issues.
- Provide career counselling and technical guidance to participants.
- Conduct regular field visits, monitor, document and report progress on daily and weekly basis.
- Ensure safeguarding standards are followed and report any incidents per procedure.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
