Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate market linkage of skills graduates for informal wage employment.
  • Mapping and liaison with potential backward & forward market stakeholders for self and wage employment.
  • Facilitate wage employment placements with BRAC and partner organisations.
  • Support and facilitate self-employment and business subsector development for skills graduates.
  • Follow up, tracking and database maintenance of employment and earnings of skills graduates and report wage information.
  • Identify institutional participants and lead participant selection for vocational training.
  • Volunteer recruitment, management and documentation according to procedure.
  • Manage monthly payments to volunteers, training participants and other operational payments.
  • Design and implement sustainable business models and economic opportunities for refugees.
  • Support contracting/renewal of rental items (house/training centre/land/pond) and related issues.
  • Provide career counselling and technical guidance to participants.
  • Conduct regular field visits, monitor, document and report progress on daily and weekly basis.
  • Ensure safeguarding standards are followed and report any incidents per procedure.
  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor/management.
