Good understanding of surveying principles, leveling, coordinates, and setting-out techniques. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate them into accurate field layout. Strong attention to detail, reporting skills, and capability to work independently or within a team. Good communication skills for coordinating with engineers, contractors and site personnel. Education & experience: Diploma in Civil Technology / Surveying from a recognized institution is required. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred but not mandatory.
