Key responsibilities (primary duties you will perform): Effectively manage and coordinate with American clients and external vendors in a timely and professional manner. Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the quality and timeliness of vendor-delivered work. Handle client-to-vendor relationships through consistent, transparent communication and follow-up. Exercise decision-making authority to negotiate, onboard vendors, and maintain continuous vendor coverage. Resolve client complaints by recommending practical solutions that build and maintain long-term client-vendor relationships. Give preference to candidates with processing work experience where applicable. Perform formal communications primarily via e-mail and document interactions appropriately. Required qualifications & education: Bachelor / Honors degree preferred. A-Level and O-Level holders may also be considered depending on experience. Completion of English language courses or demonstrable English proficiency for client-facing written communication. Preferred skills and competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (email communication is critical). Vendor management and negotiation skills. Data analysis and KPI monitoring to maintain service quality. Problem solving, decision making, and complaint resolution capabilities. Ability to work night shifts and adapt to U.S. client time zones. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in an office environment. Work schedule & location: Location: Dhaka (Uttara Sector 15), Bangladesh office. Working days: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday). Working hours (night shifts): 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM OR 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
