Collaborate with retail store and branch managers to ensure consistent HR practices across locations (retail store, sanitary ware, chain shop, importer contexts). Drive performance improvement programs using KPIs and measurement frameworks; provide coaching to underperforming staff. Manage payroll or coordinate with payroll teams to ensure timely and accurate remuneration and benefits administration. Lead training needs analysis and execute targeted training plans to upskill staff and improve customer service in retail settings. Required experience & education: Minimum 5 years of progressive HR/people management experience (preferred 5 to 7 years) in related business areas such as retail stores, sanitary ware, chain shops or import businesses. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field is required; Master’s in HRM is preferred. Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required skills: Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
