Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the cash book and bank book (Excel).
- Manage all payments (cash and bank) after approval by MD.
- Prepare monthly cash requisitions for the office and check production site requisitions.
- Complete bank work: cash withdraw, cheque/EFTN deposit, challan deposit, bank statement collection.
- Order all expenses with vouchers chronologically and maintain proper vouchers.
- Prepare Excel sheets for consultant to enter income and expenses in Tally and assist consultant weekly.
- Filing work and maintain attendance sheet, food supply book, and leave book.
- Systematic filing of contracts, client information sheets, and drawings.
- Prepare TDS and VDS challans as instructed and submit monthly VAT returns.
- Photocopying, scanning, maintenance and purchase of office stationery, and courier handling.
- Assist and receive official guests and perform other office tasks as required.

As an Administration and Accounts Support Staff, you will be part of a small, growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to build practical experience with day-to-day accounting, bank interactions, filing, and office administration while contributing to an environmentally focused initiative. The contract starts on 2025-10-01 and you will work a standard five-day week, eight hours per day. Key responsibilities (what this job looks like): Maintain cash book and bank book using Excel. Manage payments (cash and bank) after approval by Managing Director. Prepare monthly cash requisitions for the office and verify production site requisitions. Handle bank-related tasks such as cash withdrawal, cheque/EFTN deposits, challan deposits, and collection of bank statements. Chronologically order expense vouchers and ensure documentation is complete. Prepare Excel sheets for consultant entry into Tally and assist the consultant during weekly tasks. Independent, responsible, and hands-on working style with strong organizational capacity. Good MS Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiarity with basic accounting entries and Tally is an advantage. Previous administration experience is preferable. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
