Job Responsibilities

  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads through phone calls and door-to-door field visits.
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone.
  • Prepare effective sales plans within set budget, targets and deadlines.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan.
  • Arrange project visit for the clients as per requirement.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries and complaints. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients.

Key responsibilities (summary): Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies to achieve targets. Researching prospects and generating leads via phone calls and door-to-door field visits. Contacting potential and existing customers by phone and arranging project visits as required. Preparing effective sales plans within set budgets, targets, and deadlines. Maintaining and updating customer database, and preparing daily/weekly/monthly client visit plans. Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing professional follow-up care. Preparing monthly sales reports and providing feedback to the Team Leader/Cluster Head. Any other tasks assigned by management to support company objectives. Lead generation through proactive outreach, including telemarketing, field visits, and client referrals. Maintain high standards of customer care, promptly address inquiries and resolve complaints to maximize customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively with marketing and project teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives. Required qualifications & experience: Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Experience: Minimum 6 years (6 to 8 years preferred) in sales roles, ideally within Real Estate, Group of Companies, or as a Developer. Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Insurance, or Hospitality is also valued. Age & gender requirement: At least 28 years; only male candidates will be considered for this job as specified by the company. Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla. Skills required: Lead generation and prospecting skills. Sales & marketing expertise with a proven track record of meeting targets. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills; client relationship management. Smart, dynamic, hardworking attitude and aggressive approach to meet sales targets.
