Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatching of orders.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and accurate record-keeping to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure the integrity and condition of goods, with special focus on expiry management for sensitive products.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring high performance, adherence to SOPs, and a culture of safety and accountability.
- Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other software to track inventory, manage workflows, and generate performance reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and control costs related to labor, equipment, and storage.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information.

Proven experience with WMS, ERP software and software implementation projects. Strong data analysis skills, advanced Excel capability, and familiarity with inventory control methodologies. Knowledge of lean warehouse principles, process improvement methodologies, and quality control. Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
