Job Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and retain specialist doctors across multiple disciplines.
- Maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of in-house doctors for quality service delivery.
- Monitor adherence to clinical guidelines, ethical standards, and telehealth best practices.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback to providers.
- Coordinate provider schedules to ensure 24/7 telehealth service availability.
- Resolve escalated provider-related issues and ensure smooth clinical workflows.

Role overview: As a Coach Provider Manager, you will be responsible for provider network management, supervision, operational leadership, compliance, and innovation to ensure high-quality telehealth services. You will work closely with clinicians, product and tech teams, and operational teams to onboard specialists, coach providers, monitor clinical quality, and expand specialist offerings. Key responsibilities (summary): Recruit, onboard, and retain specialist doctors across multiple disciplines to ensure robust provider coverage. Maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and ensure high engagement and satisfaction. Oversee day-to-day activities of in-house and on-platform doctors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to clinical guidelines and telehealth best practices. Provide coaching, supervision, and performance feedback to providers to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate provider schedules to ensure 24/7 telehealth service availability and resolve escalated provider-related issues promptly. Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance provider-user experience and operational workflows on the telehealth platform. Ensure compliance with national health regulations, telemedicine guidelines, patient safety, and confidentiality requirements. Identify opportunities to expand specialist offerings and support strategic initiatives to grow the platform. Required education & experience: MBBS is required. Preferably MBBS with MPH, Master’s in Health Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or other relevant health-related master’s degrees. Minimum 3 years (preferably 3–5 years) of experience in healthcare management, public health, or digital health platforms. Prior telehealth/healthtech platform experience is a strong advantage. Skills & competencies: Strong leadership and supervisory skills suitable for managing clinical teams. Excellent communication and relationship management abilities when liaising with clinicians and stakeholders. Familiarity with digital health technologies, EMR systems, telemedicine practices, and quality assurance processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with a patient-first approach and strong problem-solving skills.
