Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the whole Accounts and Finance requirements of the company.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
- Update and implement financial policies and procedures and support audit activities.
- Monitor monthly expenses versus budget; projection of fund disbursement plans.
- Develop and maintain systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
- Support management in profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing and budgeting.
- Budget planning, preparation, allocation, execution and budgetary control.
- Advise top management on overall financial position and provide financial insights.

Required Education & Experience Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting or equivalent qualification. CA CC is preferred. Minimum 4 years of professional accounting experience (preferred 4 to 6 years). Experience working with IT Enabled Services and e-commerce business areas (Amazon, eBay platforms preferred). Skills & Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of UK Tax (Personal and HMRC), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial Law. Hands-on experience with accounts payable/receivable, cash management and credit control. Audit experience and familiarity with standard accounting procedures and controls. Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements, budgeting and forecasting. Practical exposure to e-commerce sales channels (Amazon, eBay) and familiarity with associated accounting implications. Moderate SEO awareness is a plus for coordinating e-commerce product pricing and listing analytics. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
