Coordinate with Sri Lanka headquarters on pricing, supply chain, product availability and technical support. Attend client meetings and trade visits; represent the company at customer sites and industry events as required. Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines and follow-up activities to ensure timely conversions and good customer service. Required skills and experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing; industry experience in paper/packaging, trading, indenting or export/import is an advantage. Experience in trading/wholesale or indenting businesses, with an understanding of supply chain and customer negotiation processes. Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali; strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Good command of MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
