K S Global Limited is seeking experienced and driven Sales Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team across multiple regions in Bangladesh. Key job responsibilities: Manage existing customers and develop new potential customers through personal sales visits and face-to-face interactions. Achieve and exceed sales targets as per company policy; be fully target oriented. Plan and execute territory sales activities, maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business. Represent the company professionally during customer meetings, product demonstrations and negotiations. Prepare and submit timely sales reports and feedback to management. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely supply, after-sales service and customer satisfaction. Participate in promotional activities and local market campaigns to increase brand visibility. Required qualifications & education: Bachelor/Honors degree OR Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering OR Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing. Minimum age: 22 years (up to 40 years as per company circular). Experience: At least 3 years of relevant sales experience. Preferably 3–7 years’ experience in sales of lubricants, automotive spare parts and small batteries or within the Fuel/Petroleum business area. Skills and attributes (required): Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales and territory management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals. Positive attitude, self-motivated and target-driven approach. Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
