Required skills & experience Demonstrable experience teaching IELTS and/or Spoken English (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong command of written and spoken English; excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with IELTS formats, assessment criteria, and scoring strategies. Comfortable using online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and basic digital teaching tools. Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse student levels and to give constructive feedback. Preferred qualifications Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred). IELTS Trainer Certification or a strong IELTS band score (7.5+ preferred).
