Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors; act as first point of contact for clients, guests and employees.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, organize files and maintain records.
  • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for clients and employees.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
  • Resolve client queries and direct them to relevant departments.
  • Assist with basic HR tasks such as maintaining attendance logs and supporting recruitment.
  • Conduct social media live presentations and act as a brand promoter.

Job Description

SHOPNIL INTERIOR is seeking a friendly, organized and proactive Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team in Dhaka. As part of this job circular, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, maintain communication channels, support office administration and assist in marketing activities such as social media presentation, SEO and lead generation.
