Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors; act as first point of contact for clients, guests and employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails and messages promptly and professionally.
- Provide administrative support: schedule meetings, organize files and maintain records.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for clients and employees.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain cleanliness in the reception area.
- Resolve client queries and direct them to relevant departments.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as maintaining attendance logs and supporting recruitment.

SHOPNIL INTERIOR is seeking a friendly, organized and proactive Customer Relationship Management Executive to join our team in Dhaka.
