Job Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and credit collection targets for the territory
- Sell full range of agrochemicals and fish medicine products
- Frequent travelling to potential markets and fish farms

Required qualifications & skills: Minimum education: Bachelor/Honors; Masters preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience in shrimp, fisheries, agro-based firms (including agro processing/seed/GM), farming, animal/plant breeding or dairy. Hands-on experience in agro marketing and fisheries product sales. Ability to ride a motorbike for field visits (motorbike driving skill). Strong sales & marketing capabilities and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship-management skills. Willingness to travel frequently and work from the office and field as needed. Other important details: Job type: Full Time, work at office with frequent field visits.
